After careful consideration, I have found out that you have permission to access serena.xiando.com because the IP address you are using is not listed in the servers blacklist.

serena serves websites. That is her job. Se does it quite well. She is very busy, mostly during Norwegian daytime due to her being (ab)used by numerous educational institutions.

Some of it is used is classrooms, 30 students hitting it at once (all *.oslo.skole.no mostly) when the teacher says "now click that" looks odd in the logs..
